  • To train customers on the usage of our software products
  • Giving detailed information about the product & services
  • Maintaining good relationships with new and existing customers

  • Candidate should be fluent in Spoken English and should be willing to learn, should understand customer service basics, should be a good listener and soft spoken.
  • Experienced /Fresher /Graduate/Undergraduat with excellent oral and written communication skills can apply.
  • Candidates should be comfortable to work in 24/7 environment.
  • Should be customer oriented and should have strong convincing power
  • Basic Computer Skills and should have good typing speed
  • Stable & mature
